Lemongrass Garden employ our staff from the poorest provinces from all over Cambodia, from Phnom Penh to Poipet, Sihanoukville to Siem Reap. Many of the staff have children, but as with Cambodian culture, find themselves supporting their whole families aswell, paying for food for parents and supporting brothers and sisters through school. Furthermore, most here are with little to no education, but use the money they make here to now support themselves through different studies. Trained from the moment they arrive, Lemongrass has built an incredible team of incredible people, and are so very proud of their achievements.
Lemongrass Garden has raplidly become known as the favourite spa for expats, locals and tourists alike. Having been open for only 2 and a half years, we attribute our success to our superior treatments, value for money, customer sevice, personal touch, great location and our incredible team.
Lemongrass Garden is owned and run by a Khmer and her English partner, whom you are likely to find waiting to greet you with a big smile :)
