Itinerary
Day 1 : Seam Reap – Phnom Kulen (L, D)
Today, our guide will pick you up at the hotel in Seam Reap to transfer to Phnom Kulen, taking about 1.5 hours. From the foot of the mountain, we start our trekking in visiting Preah Ang Choub Pagoda and up to the top of the hill to visit The River of 1000 Lingas. It is very spiritually, historically, and culturally important in terms of agriculture since it flows down to Angkor Wat and into the Siem Reap River - which turns flows into Tonle Sap, the largest lake in Cambodia.Nearby is Preah Ang Thom, a sacred temple where has a giant Buddha statue.Reach the Phnom Kulenwaterfall, we can enjoy the great swim into it. After having lunch provided on the site, we continue trekking into the jungle, small villages to visit the natural cave called Bat Cave and visit Srah Damrey, where you can see the large elephant, lion and frog carved on the original stone from 9th century. Before it is dark, we walk to WatPreahKral for dinner and overnight with tent.

Day 2 : Phnom Kulen – Svay Leu – Beng Melea(B, L, D)
The tour guide will prepare a breakfast for you. After having breakfast, we continue the trip on feet along the mountain range to SvayLeu village. Today will be a long trekking day, taking 7 hour-trekking with 18km but the scenery on the way is very great: jungle, local farms and very remote villages. You sill have a lunch en route. Reach SvayLeu village, we will transfer by private vehicle to BengMelea village for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 : Beng Melea – Seam Reap (B)
After breakfast, we will take about 1 hour to visit BengMelea temple. Constructed in a distinctly Angkor Watarchitecture by King Suyavarman II in the early 12th century, BengMealea might be considered as a prototype for Angkor Wat. It quitely collapsed after war, but can be seen as monumental as Angkor Wat. This also is the burial ground of KingSuryavarman II.
Return to Seam Reap and end the trekking trip.
