Circle
Stylishly decorated but supremely relaxed, Circle serves both international and Khmer cuisine in a serene, traditional atmosphere.
Our globally acclaimed team of chefs features Executive Chef Richard Bias who offers international dishes with modern flair. Chef Mey Samorn also joins them, preparing traditional Khmer cuisine with a contemporary twist.
On occasion, your dinner will be accompanied by the soothing tones of traditional Khmer harp and flute music.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays guests have the opportunity to watch traditional Khmer Dance Performances.
The Martini Lounge
This indoor-outdoor space offers impressive views over La Résidence d'Angkor's tropical gardens on one side and, on the other, the Siem Reap River.
