Opened in 2004, Abacus Garden Restaurant and Bar has become one of Siem Reap's landmark eating and drinking spots. Professional and knowledgeable wait staff serve modern European and Asian cuisine cooked with the finest local and imported produce, capped with an extensive list of wines from France and the New World.
Abacus relocated from Siem Reap’s Old French Quarter in early 2009 to an expansive new garden property. The elegant new Abacus was designed by the award-winning French-Khmer architect duo Lisa Ros and Ivan Tizianel. It boasts a luminous air-conditioned dining room that accommodates up to fifty diners, an alfresco terrace that seats an additional sixty guests and a secluded private dining room for groups of up to fourteen.
Abacus’s doors open from 11.00am, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. Co-owner and Head Chef Pascal Schmit offers a wide-ranging à la carte blackboard menu with weekly changing specials and designs creative set menus for lunch and dinner groups.
