RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit of minimum of 100 USD or 25% whichever is consider as highest on the tour price per person will be required; the deposit will form part of your final payment. Please note that the deposit payment does not guarantee the confirmation of the tour. Balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date. This payment terms may not apply to all tours and will be advised accordingly.
If full payment is not made by the stipulated date, the system may auto cancel your reservation and also forfeit your deposit payment..
OUR VOUCHER
Upon starting the services, tours or check in, guests must present a valid voucher or subject to charge. The voucher must be legible and clearly state the name of our RST TRAVEL & TOURS with the exact contact details, name of guests, specific details that is included in the accommodation, packages, transportation etc...
