Then it’s on to Wat Samrong Knong, a quiet temple with a deep history. It’s not only a peaceful place of worship but also a memorial to those who suffered during the Khmer Rouge era, a moving reminder of Cambodia’s past.

After that, you’ll visit a small home where rice paper is made by hand and see the careful process of steaming and drying the thin sheets used in spring rolls.
