The New Apsara Market is conveniently located on Wat Bo Road, a block south of Hwy. No. 6. It is the best market east of the Siem Reap River. In fact, it is the only market on that side of the river that has imported goods, and caters to travelers and expats. They have a good selection of canned goods, snacks, daily necessities, and drinks (beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, etc.). Its a good place to stop in and stock up on whatever you need. Open 7am to 11pm.
