Knai Bang Chatt is owned by two Belgians, Boris Vervoordt and Jef Moons. They believe in the values of restoring and maintaining Cambodian architecture styles of historical, cultural and social significance, especially modern architecture of the 60s and 70s.

Using Knai Bang Chatt and its expansion projects as a flagship, the company is in the plans to procure two more properties, one in Phnom Penh and the other in Siem Reap.
