Sunnaline Spa offers relaxation and rejuvenation through a wide selection of services and facilities including treatment rooms, outdoor and indoor and indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, steam room and Sokhalay Angkor beauty salon.

Payment 

Sunnaline Spa accepts all major credit cards. Hotel residents may charge spa treatments, services and products to their room or pay cash to the cashier counter. Prices are subject to 10% government taxes. All prices are in US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy  

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained practitioners. A 24-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation short of one hours notice will incur a 70% cancellation fee

Refund Policy  

Treatment packages, courses and products are not exchangeable or refundable. 

Valuables 

We request that jewels not be worn during your visit to the spa and suggest that all valuables be left in the safe deposit box in your room for security. The Management of Sokhalay Angkor Resort & Spa is not responsible for money and valuables brought into the spa premises. 

Amenities 

We have separate male and female changing rooms with lockers and shower facilities. We also provide complimentary amenities and toiletries

Special Considerations

Residents and Patrons with high blood pressure, a heart condition or expectant mothers are advised to consult a doctor first before participating in spa treatments and using the spa facilities.

Smoking and Alcohol 

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment.
