Day 1
Hike to the foothill and overnight stay in the forest
We will pick you up at your hotel at 7:00am in our private minivan. Then we drive for 3 hours to Sre Ken village where you’ll have lunch there. The Sunken village is located on the foothill of Aural Mountain which is about 12km where we will hike after lunch. We step on a flat landscape through the villager’s trails to the first camp. Stunning views of Aural Mountain, jungle and wild snuffing are the great ways to inspire our speed. Our trek team will set up the camping site surrounded by the bamboo forest, close to the water vicinity as a great way for cooking, taking a bath and refreshing on the first day trek.
Trekking Distance: 7km (4 miles)
Activity Level: Moderate
Accommodation: Tent or hammock

Day 2
The Peak Challenge and overnight at second camp
After breakfast at the first camp, we need to pack something to carry and step up to the second camp. This challenging day, we step up a lot of hills which are covered by jungle, the richest natural setting, wild snuffling and birds that make our trek full of true natural experience. Our step up from the bamboo forest, and a small path in the dense jungle where you’ll cross 9 hills. We hit the second camp at 1200 meters where one non-government organization built a small house to serve the hikes. The house could be available and we cook outside; it is the first come and first serve space. After we relax and refresh at the second camp, we continue our step to reach Mt. Oral peak which is about 3km and visit the aircraft area if possible. On arrival to the peak, there is a small Buddhist temple and a small house of mountain spirit where we can pray for our prosperity, health, luck and see the Cambodia flag with the sigh boat of Mt. Oral 1813 meters. After we are on the top of Oral mountain, we step down back to the second camp to stay one more night there. Foggy is most of the trails and in the evening, it became dark and very dark. Many creepy sounds in the night and the climate is very nice, about 16 to 20 degrees at night and sometimes having rain. Our team will fire, make steam rice and cook some foods for our wonderful dinner in the heart of the Cambodian mountain.
